Millennials find Iris Software among India’s Best Workplaces in 2023

Iris Software has been ranked among India’s Top 50 Best Workplaces for Millennials 2023 by the Great Place to Work Institute (India). Millennials pick their best companies in the Great Place to Work study on five attributes: respect, fairness, pride, camaraderie, and credibility.

The honor is a testament to our efforts in creating an inclusive, balanced, and collaborative culture for a multi-generational workforce. Iris has also been recognized as one of India’s Best Companies to Work for 2023.

Generational changes are significantly transforming workplace experiences. A recent study by the Great Place to Work (India) indicated that millennials have taken center stage in a rapidly evolving landscape, now comprising 70% of an organization’s workforce.
