As the Head of Talent Acquisition, Meenu is responsible for talent fulfillment offshore across business lines and verticals. Meenu has 22+ years of experience in talent acquisition and has worked with organizations like Sapient, Impetus, and Coforge in her previous assignments.

A thought leader, Meenu comes with volume and niche hiring expertise. She has been instrumental in leading large-scale ramp-ups across diverse skills and technologies. At Iris, Meenu is responsible for defining and leading the organization’s talent acquisition strategy in India to enable fast-paced growth along with global leadership and corporate functions hiring. Additionally, she is responsible for driving change and transformation to build a performance-driven culture.

Meenu holds a bachelor’s degree in History from Delhi University and a postgraduate degree in Management from AIMA. She enjoys watching OTT and reading fiction in her leisure hours.

Sharad brings to his role of leading human resources at Iris Software in India a wealth of experience gained from similar roles at other companies. Underpinning his success is an innate belief that “business is about people,” and that it is therefore important to understand “how to unleash the creative function of the employees,” so that they can excel in managing client portfolios.

Little wonder that Sharad has been ranked “India’s No. 2 HR Influencer” by the Society for Human Resource Management. At last count, he had 30,000 followers on LinkedIn and nearly 15,000 followers on Twitter. A graduate of XLRI Jamshedpur, Sharad is also an avid blogger, and shares his insights on subjects ranging from mindfulness to talent hacking, technology and behavior.

Anil, as a co-founder of Iris, has focused on driving corporate growth by building an enterprise with best in class industry practices in software delivery, engineering and process, quality and innovation to provide an unparalleled client experience.

Anil’s philosophy of extreme attention to employee care has translated into building an institution with high standards of employee-focused culture and people-sensitive management style embodied in his mantra of “Employee First, Client First”.

Anil is involved with Serving People in Need (SPIN), an organization that does charitable work for homeless children. Anil enjoys motorcycling, especially exploring backtrails on his dirt bike.

Aman aims to establish a “Zero Surprise” environment at Iris Software in his role of Vice President, Delivery Excellence. His key responsibilities include establishing a culture of predictable delivery through operational stability; and a culture of process transformation/ improvement through Lean and Agile principles. He also works to establish and sustain compliance with contractual requirements; and in ensuring alignment with customer objectives through outcome-based measurement systems. He drives the customer experience journey and measures that through six-monthly customer satisfaction surveys (CSAT).

Aman’s passion is to drive efficiencies by using the power of process. On the personal front, he loves to make connections and enjoy spending time with friends and family. He also enjoys watching movies

Asheesh oversees global delivery responsibilities at Iris Software, infusing in them strong engineering practices and technological capabilities. His specialties are primarily in the financial services domain, where he has managed teams supporting wealth management and trade life cycle applications. He is a champion of strategy and transformation, and has extensive experience in heading P&L functions, with a keen focus on operating levers, top-line growth, maximizing margins and sticking to time and cost budgets.

Asheesh has a B.E. in computer science from Pune University, India. His passions include fitness, photography and personal finance. He also gets revved up by the latest technology in superbikes

Dhruv is responsible for delivery strategy, scaling capabilities and innovation to empower Iris Software teams to deliver predictable solutions and value-based differentiation for clients.

Dhruv has enabled business outcomes for organizational transformation journeys, leveraging best-of-breed technology, engineering and ways of working with global talent. He has directed several complex digital and technology programs for leading global banks, capital markets’ firms and market regulators. He has also led engineering teams to conceptualize and deliver industry-recognized products, platforms and solutions.

Dhruv holds a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering and is a certified SAFe™ practitioner.

Ritesh drives the strategy and the solutions-led model for the Automation Practice. He has spearheaded many high impact transformational projects globally by leveraging Intelligent Automation, Test Automation and DevOps competencies. Ritesh is a seasoned business-focused technology leader with more than two decades of experience and deep expertise and a passion for Automation.

Ritesh past experience includes expertise in incubating and growing trans-national software development centers for leading Investment Banks from ground zero. He is passionate about developing robust engineering principles for end-to-end implementation of projects with large-team collaborations across various disciplines – Product Engineering, Delivery & Professional services, etc.

Ritesh is a people-driven leader with a profound and deep concern for the success and well-being of the teams he leads. At Iris, he has built strong technical teams, keeping the client at the center of everything, a core foundational value evident in Iris’ culture.

He holds an engineering degree in Electronics and Communication from Karnataka University, India. Ritesh invests a considerable part of his personal time in NGO activities paying deep, thoughtful attention to the issues of the ignored, down-trodden and under privileged members of our society and helps to arrange life-essential and medical amenities for them

As Vice President and Head of Delivery for the Enterprise Services business unit at Iris Software, Salil works closely with clients to establish the company as a key partner in digital transformation. That journey involves re-imagining customer experiences, improving the ROI from technology solutions, implementing new engineering methods or helping operationalize new digital business models. Throughout his career, Salil has been driven by a passion for solving complex problems, embracing change and delivering unprecedented outcomes. His mantra: Stay committed to lifelong learning and strongly believe that the best is yet to come.

Salil holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and is a technologist at heart. He is also a travel enthusiast, an avid sports lover and an aspiring street photographer.

As the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Iris Software, Kamal plays a crucial role in developing and executing cybersecurity strategies. He brings over 15 years of extensive experience with some of the leading IT services, consulting, and aviation firms. Some of his notable achievements include designing enterprise-wide cybersecurity solutions for clients in the U.S. and Europe while spearheading Cyber Risk Management initiatives.

Kamal, a thought leader in cybersecurity, has been instrumental in delivering effective solutions and steering projects from conceptualization to implementation. Through robust practices and frameworks, he has ensured organizations’ resilience against potential threats and strengthened their ability to proactively manage and mitigate cyber risks.

Kamal has a degree in Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and is committed to continuous improvement through collaboration and constant learning. He follows the mantra of achieving at least one technical certification each year, adding more to his current certifications, including CISSP, Data Privacy from FDPPI, ISO 27001 LA, ITIL, CCNA, and CCSA.
