As Vice President and Business Unit Head of Financial Services, Vinay is responsible for ‘customer delight’ and driving business growth in the financial services domain.

Vinay has more than 22 years of experience in the IT services industry with a deep understanding of the financial services vertical and expertise in building and scaling up businesses. Prior to Iris Software, he held leadership roles with Tata Consultancy Services.

Vinay is a strong advocate of customer centricity and has a strong track record of working with customers in solving their problems and investing in their success.

Vinay has a bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Calicut, India. He also successfully completed an Executive Leadership Program with the Ross School of Business.

Vinay enjoys travelling, reading fiction, is passionate about cars and is a movie buff. He lives in West Windsor, New Jersey, with his wife and two children.
