Iris among India’s Top 50 Best Companies to Work for in 2022

Elevated employee experience and an exceptional work culture propels Iris Software ranking among India's Top 50 Companies to work for in 2022.

After being certified as a Great Place to Work and Top Workplace for two years in a row, Iris Software has been recognized as one of India’s Top 50 Best Companies to Work For 2022 by the Great Place to Work® Institute. This recognition has been received after a rigorous evaluation of 1,200 companies in India from more than 21 industries.

“Congratulations to all our winners for this coveted recognition; the journey of making India a Great Place to Work For All is only getting started! The best way to predict the future of workplace culture is to create it. You can never change things by fighting the existing reality. To change something, build a new model that makes the existing model obsolete. Best Workplaces are aware of what their people are doing, applaud their efforts, acknowledge their successes and encourage them in their pursuits,” said Yeshasvini Ramaswamy, CEO, Great Place to Work®, India.

Iris was awarded this coveted recognition by the Great Place to Work® Institute at the CEO Conclave & Awards Ceremony in Mumbai in the presence of leaders from India’s top 100 best companies. The certification is a testament to our people-first approach that fosters a work culture of belongingness, growth and performance.

Getting listed in India’s top 50 best companies in 2022 reaffirms that we have fostered a culture of passion, purpose, collaboration and entrepreneurship. It’s another proud moment for all Irisians,” said Anil Apte, Managing Director & Co-founder of Iris.

The annual Great Place to Work® research is one of the most comprehensive studies across the globe that defines the roadmap for building and sustaining high-trust and high-performance work cultures in organizations. This study validates how organizations channel their people’s power and create inclusive workplaces. The evaluation criteria include leadership, values and employee experience.

We focus on nurturing a transparent and collaborative culture that makes our people feel belonged, listened to and valued,” said Sharad Verma, CHRO of Iris.

Iris has always believed in involving its people in decision-making, nurturing a collaborative communication culture and prioritizing fairness in the workplace.

Congratulations to all Irisians for making this happen!
