Iris co-sponsors an empowering Women-in-Technology event

Iris has partnered with two outstanding organizations for women to host an evening of inspirational speakers, actionable career insights and intimate networking opportunities on Tuesday evening, October 18, 2022. The event will be at the Lifion offices of ADP in NYC.

Attendees will connect to discover and apply the experiences of women role models from the digital security, software development and e-commerce sectors. They’ll hear from a panel of senior women technology leaders, including Isabel Espina of ADP, Sophia Kelly from Gorilla Group, Gina Perrelli of Retextion, and Jasmine Jarnagan from Triller.

The panelists will share unique insights around career development and explore the experiences that have shaped their perspectives on inclusive leadership. They’ll also discuss topics such as building effective mentoring relationships, defining long- and short-term goals, and becoming a more empathetic leader.
