Iris recognized as Top Workplace in NJ for 2022

Iris acquired the Top Workplace recognition in 2022, the second consecutive year, for delivering high satisfaction to its employees. U.S. employees rated Iris on 24 parameters in a confidential survey, on company values, employee-management communications, innovation, and operations efficiency.

Energage, an employee engagement firm in Exton, PA, conducts surveys to evaluate companies on diverse factors that make a top workplace. Out of 77 employees, 71 responded to the survey on Iris in January 2022, with a 92.2% response rate. This surpassed last year’s response rate of 84.0% and was significantly higher than the average response rate of 60% from similar information technology companies.

Iris Co-founder and CEO Sanjiv Khanna states, “The Top Workplace 2022 honor resonates with our corporate credo of The Code of the Self-Made. Iris has manifested that credo over the last 30 years by achieving great milestones since its inception.”  

In the 2022 survey cycle, Iris secured higher scores on various metrics. In the overall engagement category, Iris score increased by ten percentage points to 71%, while the number of responses to the “highly motivated” metric increased from 85% to 92% in this survey.
