Three Irisians feature among India's Top 100 Great People Managers

Three exceptional managers at Iris—Deepak Malik, Shweta Arora, and Suhani Gupta—have been named among India's Top 100 Great People Managers for 2023-2024. The list recognizes managers who create trust, lead high-performing teams and generate sustained business results.

Compiled annually by the Great Manager Institute, this 5^th edition includes managers at different levels, drawn from companies of varied sizes and business sectors. Around 1,300+ companies and 11,000+ managers registered with the Great Manager Institute for this year’s study. The final selection was based on multi-layered evaluation methods to recognize the best managerial talent.

The winners were felicitated at a recent awards ceremony in Mumbai hosted by the Great Manager Institute in association with The Economic Times. This is the fourth year in a row that Iris associates have been honored as great people managers. It is also the second time three Irisians have been featured in the top 100 list – making Iris the only company to accomplish this year-on-year.

On Iris executives making it to the list for the second consecutive year, Deepak Malik, Senior Manager - Quality Assurance, said, “Teams perform at the speed of trust. This accolade goes to my amazing team who believe in me and inspire me.”

Reflecting on the qualities that make a great people manager, Shweta Arora, Associate Director - Talent Management, said, “As a manager, you set the tone for your team, so I always make a conscious effort to demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic.”

Suhani Gupta, Senior Manager - Project Management, emphasized the importance of leadership, saying, “Effective leadership involves building harmony through attentive listening and seeing endeavors through to fruition.”
