About iWIN

Iris women-exclusive initiative, iWIN, aims to promote the development of the women workforce across the organization and helps them realize their full potential through an all-round supportive ecosystem.

Iris Women Initiative Network (iWIN), a women-centric employee resource group (ERG), provides a platform to connect, collaborate, learn, and grow by supporting each other on personal and professional fronts. The forum is committed to driving the excellence and career growth of our women associates by offering dynamic programs promoting leadership qualities.

The program focuses on 4Cs.

The initiative engages Iris women via its 4Cs model comprised of Career, Community, Cheers, and Care. The 4Cs model is aligned with its mission to connect, advance, and celebrate professional women across all organizational levels through meaningful and empowering relationships.

Career

Career

iWIN inspires women to steer ahead by offering them a space to grow and hone their skills. The community conducts and sponsors mentorship programs, certifications, and skill development courses that advance the professional journeys of our women associates. Several group workshops for networking and career talks are organized to enhance their leadership experience. To build a high-potential women workforce, Iris offers progressive programs such as Returning Mothers Support Program, which eases the back-to-work transition for returning mothers with enormous benefits and flexibility.

Community

Community

Devised, managed, and run by Iris women, iWIN stands firm with the support of a community of women from around the organization. The community works in association with several NGOs and organizations to improve lives, society, and the environment. This women-only network adds more power to the community through several CSR drives, including plantation activities, donations, volunteering campaigns, supporting health initiatives, and community lessons.

The women’s network amplifies the power of connectedness, positivity, and collaboration within its community through special day celebrations such as Women’s Day and Mother’s Day, rewards & recognitions, fun events, and various other activities. iWIN encourages a flexible and motivational work environment that ensures a de-stressed lifestyle. The community tries to expand its network by indulging the spouses of our male employees in such activities to make them feel special and empowered.

Care

Care

iWIN augments the strength of the women workforce by providing them with extensive information and knowledge about self-care. A range of women’s health and wellness sessions are organized by the community that helps them live a healthy life and balance their work-life. From staying fit to keeping track of every minute health concern, this initiative lets our women associates take charge of their well-being through doctor’s talks, webinars, counseling, Zumba, yoga, and meditation sessions. Several policies and programs are also regulated from time to time to improve their health quotient.
