He comes with experience of over 28 years across all aspects of the Talent Supply Chain. Srikanth has a proven track record in building winning teams and laying the foundations of the processes, enabling organizations to meet their growth objectives. During his tenure of 17 years at Mindtree, he has devised remarkable fulfillment strategies and developed staffing and skill fulfillment models for acquiring a great pool of talent at optimized costs.

At Iris, Srikanth leverages his experience to transform the Workforce Management journey and build high-performance and high-impact teams. Srikanth holds a degree in Bachelors of Engineering (Electronics) and has completed his Post Graduate Diploma in HR Management. He believes in collaboration and people-centric solutions.
