Iris Software has been certified as a Great Place to Work® in the United States and Canada for 2025–2026, marking the third consecutive year for achieving this recognition in North America. This milestone reflects the continued strength of Iris’ workplace culture—one built on trust, fairness, and a shared sense of purpose across geographies.
The recognition is supported by strong employee trust scores, with an average engagement score of 90% in the U.S. and 94% in Canada, significantly higher than industry benchmarks. These results highlight employees’ confidence in leadership, fairness in organizational practices, work–life balance, and pride in being part of Iris.
The Great Place to Work® certification is globally regarded as the gold standard for identifying high-trust, high-performance workplaces. The certification follows a rigorous two-step assessment process, combining confidential employee feedback with an independent evaluation of people, practices and workplace culture.
This year’s survey results showed particularly strong affirmation across several dimensions, with scores of 95% or higher on statements related to physical safety at work, the ability to take time off when needed, responsible workforce decision-making, and fair treatment regardless of background. Employees also expressed strong pride in the sense of community at Iris, where milestones and special moments are meaningfully celebrated.
Iris also performed above benchmark in key indicators of long-term trust and engagement, including management involvement in decisions that affect work, fair and merit-based promotions, equitable compensation, and a shared belief that work at Iris carries meaning beyond “just a job.”
