• iNovus is an innovation program where every idea, big or small, counts. It is designed to spark new ideas from all corners of the organization, evaluate and refine the best ideas, and transform them into implementable solutions. Since the rollout of the iNovus program in 2021, 393 ideas have been implemented so far, out of which 85% were solutions for clients and the remaining focused on internal enhancements.

• Iris Coding League is a quarterly coding contest providing the coder community at Iris an opportunity to compete with over 25,000 international coding enthusiasts.
• The 'Innovation' metric is incorporated into our performance assessment criteria to inspire our associates to explore new and improved approaches to their work.

This commitment is reflected in our customer satisfaction scores, which have registered an upward trend in the last four years and stand at 6.47 out of 7.
