Iris among the Top 25 India’s Best Workplaces

Iris Software has been ranked among the Top 25 companies in the IT & IT-BPM category. We received this recognition for our outstanding people practices and proactive response to employee feedback for creating a high-trust culture. 

In order to determine India’s Best Workplaces^TM, the Great Place to Work Institute evaluated 455 IT & IT-BPM companies this past year. The companies were assessed through a Trust Index© and Culture Audit© to identify the front runners.

The Trust Index is an anonymous employee feedback survey for measuring the quality of employee experience and it accounts for 75% of the evaluation. Great Place To Work also used the Culture Audit, a proprietary tool, for assessing the leadership strength, company values, philosophy and practices of the nominated companies that model the employee experience. The observations of this tool equal 25% of the overall score.

The responses captured through the Trust Index survey and Culture Audit data were assessed through a robust process to obtain a cumulative score. This overall score formed the basis for identifying the best workplaces in India under the IT & IT-BPM.
