Iris named a Great Place to Work in North America, a new first

Overall employee satisfaction scores are above 90% in the U.S. & Canada for 2023-2024, significantly higher than industry benchmarks.

For the first time, Iris Software in the U.S. and Canada has been certified as a Great Place to Work in North America for 2023-24. This milestone comes soon after Iris won the Great Place to Work certification in India for the third consecutive year from 2021-22.

For the first time, Iris Software has achieved Great Place to Work (GPTW) certification in the U.S. and Canada for 2023-2024. This milestone comes soon after Iris won the Great Place to Work certification in India for 2023-2024, the third consecutive year.

GPTW certification is the gold standard for defining great workplaces across business, academia, and government. It is awarded after a two-step assessment process based on employee feedback and independent analysis. This GPTW recognition underscores the company's commitment to fostering a work culture defined by trust, innovation, and excellence.

"We are very proud to start 2024 with the achievement of this new milestone in North America. I thank every Irisian for demonstrating our core values of ownership and collaboration and creating a High-Trust, High-Performance Culture. Each of you is an Iris ambassador and contributor to making Iris a great place to work," said Sanjiv Khanna, CEO and Co-founder of Iris Software.

In addition to achieving the Great Place to Work certifications, the survey analytics revealed remarkable outcomes. Iris surpassed the U.S. Best Workplaces industry benchmarks in key dimensions, including respect, credibility, pride, and camaraderie, with notable scores in pride, camaraderie, and credibility. Around 91% of the Iris associates in the U.S. mentioned experiencing a high-trust culture, which supports innovation, sustained performance, individual efforts, and business agility.

Stanley Mohan, VP and Head of HR in North America, stated, "The GPTW recognition in North America is another nod to the global Irisian passion for transparency, collaboration, entrepreneurship, and ownership. These contribute mightily to our High-Trust, High-Performance Culture, which allows our people to maximize business outcomes and their own potential - a win for all."

The Great Place to Work Institute, based in Oakland, California, conducts stringent evaluations of the data collected from employers and employee surveys. Every year, more than 10,000 organizations in over 60 countries participate with the Great Place to Work Institute for assessment, benchmarking, and planning to strengthen their workplace culture.
