Iris Software has been named a Top Workplace 2021 in an employee survey conducted by Energage, an employee engagement firm based in Exton, Pa. Energage uses a short, confidential survey containing 24 measures such as “Operates by strong values,” “Communication between employees and management” and “Innovates and operates efficiently” to determine a Top Workplace.
The Top Workplace 2021 award is the second such honor in a row. Earlier this year, we received the prestigious Great Place to Work certification, which recognizes our organization for building a “high-trust, high-performance culture.”
The NJ Advance Media has recognized Iris Software as one of 63 organizations in New Jersey as Top Workplaces for 2021. Clearly, this honor is a recognition of our culture built around transparency, collaboration and teamwork that produces mutual trust needed for exceptional outcomes.
