Iris wins prestigious award for Product Quality Framework

Iris Software won the Quality Council of India-D.L. Shah Quality Silver Award for its Product Quality Framework at an event in New Delhi in October 2022.

The Iris Product Quality Framework is recognized as a model design for consumers to foresee and address their specific requirements. It has proven successful because it incorporates a system that ensures continuous improvement, product quality, and upskilled resources.

The case study was assessed among 150 nominations by a panel of senior industry executives and on various parameters, including  defining and analyzing the problem; pain points and objectives; identifying the solution; leadership, innovation, and sustainability; tangible and intangible impact of the case study; and recognitions received by the project.

Established in 2007, the QCI-DL Shah Quality Award is a prestigious national recognition for “successful projects that have resulted in continual improvement of processes, products and/or services, better/effective operations and increased customers/stakeholders satisfaction.”
